Me

When I look up at the night sky, I see the vastness of the universe spread out before me. “I” am so small. My short life—this tiny “I.” It may be insignificant compared to the universe, but within the context of “my” life, that’s all there is. When I’m tired of life, when I’m so deeply depressed I can’t even understand why—when I cry and cause trouble for others—well, isn’t it okay to lean on the vastness of the universe at times like these? It makes me realize just how insignificant my worries really are.
