Space Travel and Cats

Thanks to the many pioneers who came before us, we do have data—but precisely because there is still so much we don’t understand about space, I believe it is an infinite world where the imagination can run wild. Just as goldfish and cats—which shouldn’t be able to survive without oxygen—might exist in space, perhaps there are creatures there that have adapted to that environment. There might even be joyful moments spent playing with those creatures while cradling a small moon. I created this work in the hope of depicting such mysterious, unknown moments in the unknown universe.
