Dinner's ready!

I drew a scene of a little girl enjoying a meal with her stuffed animals, using origami and pretend-play food.
At first glance, it looks like a real dining table, but if you look closely, you’ll see that the food on it is made of origami and yarn.
This piece was inspired by memories of my own childhood, when I used to play creatively with whatever items were around me. I wanted to express children’s free imagination and their ability to bring their ideas to life through this artwork.
I focused on vibrant colors, using red as an accent. I conveyed a childlike quality through the origami pieces scattered here and there and the traces of tape.

I used CLIP STUDIO PAINT to create this piece.
