A Cat Wearing a Ribbon

I drew this while imagining what kind of cat I’d want to be if I were reborn as one.
I wanted to be a cat wrapped in all the things I love and able to spend time with the people I care about, so I created this “assortment of favorites” cat.
I took care to capture the fluffiness of its fur in a way that strikes the perfect balance between realism and illustration. Since I painted this with acrylics, I applied multiple layers to create depth and a sense of roundness.
If I were reborn as a cat, I’d want to be a cute and gentle cat who spends her life with someone while still holding onto her own will.
