Welcome to the TAG Stationery Festival

I’ve depicted, in a slightly traditional Japanese style, the cheerful scene of a maneki-neko beckoning an abundance of stationery and customers
into the streets of Kyoto during the season of fresh greenery.
It is said that a maneki-neko raising its left paw invites people (customers).
The circular cloisonné pattern was chosen as an auspicious motif symbolizing the spread of “en” (connections) in all directions,
in the hope that the TAG Stationery Festival will continue to thrive.
