Mint Green Polka-Dot Checkered Glass Plate

This plate is made of glass and measures 15 × 15 centimeters. It is crafted by combining clear and opaque glass. The raw materials are sourced from Bullseye Glass in the United States. The glass is safe for food contact. While hand washing is recommended, it is also dishwasher-safe.　The patterned sections are created by combining colored glass. For the polka-dot sections, mint green glass was cut into 2-centimeter squares, roughly shaped into circles with glass nippers, and then smoothed into round pieces using an electric sander. These were placed on top of the clear glass and fused to form the pattern. For the checkered pattern, I cut cream-colored and clear glass into 5-millimeter squares, arranged them in a checkered pattern, and fused them together. For the yellow dots, I melted small glass fragments into granules, arranged them, and fused them flat into the glass.
