The Universe as Seen from a Planet

I created this piece with the hope that one day we might be able to see this in the real world. We may never be able to see it from Earth, where we live. But I secretly wonder if this might be a view visible from some other planet—or perhaps a scene from outer space.

★I thought that by flipping the artwork upside down—with the side showing stars racing upward on the front and stars falling on the back—I could create a sense of wonder, so I designed it so that both sides are part of the same piece.
