Major Career Highlights 2019: Participated in the “Insect Go” event at Umeda Hankyu Department Store 2021: Held my first solo exhibition, “The Little Museum,” at Womb in Nijo, Kyoto 2022: Held a solo exhibition, “Aino Kioku,” at ai da in Aichi Prefecture 2022–present: Planning and operations member of the creators’ collective “Creators Lab,” also serving as an event coordinator February 2023: “Watashi Hajimaru Market Vol. 1” at Tsuki no Ie, Fuji City, Shizuoka Prefecture August 2023: “Watashi Hajimaru Market Vol. 2” at Kyotoba, Kyoto Prefecture August 2023: Group exhibition featuring six artists at Gallery Paradiso, Yoyogi-Uehara, Tokyo “cream soda” February 2024: “Watashi Hajimaru Market Vol. 3” in Osaka, Aichi, Shizuoka, Fukuoka, and Tokyo August 2024: Organized “Children’s Exhibition,” featuring children as the main protagonists, at Okazaki Gallery ALC in Kyoto I began my career as an artist while pregnant and, for several years, sold my work exclusively through online sales and consignment. (I have completed over 2,000 online transactions.) In addition, through consignment sales, I have had the honor of supplying works to museums and art galleries. Alongside my plastic sheet artworks featuring insects and other creatures, I am actively expanding my collection of one-of-a-kind clay sculptures. Through creating pieces that evoke a sense of small life, I offer artworks that enrich and enliven everyday life.
