Emi, an illustrator who lives with 26 former stray cats, captures her daily thoughts and small moments with her cats using gentle lines and colors. For me, drawing is a way to confront my own feelings, and at times, it’s like a “prescription” that gently soothes my wounded heart. And the cats, too, are a quiet, warm family who stay by my side—even without words.
