Cat Sketcher K.TORAKICHI I began my work in earnest after seeing my beloved cat, Torakichi, off to the Rainbow Bridge. I post calls for models on social media, and with the owners’ permission, I use their photos to create realistic sketches—pouring love into every single strand of fur— which I then turn into the kinds of goods I’d love to own myself. My collection ranges from stationery—such as patterned paper and notepads—to long wallets, coin pouches, and more. With a touch of retro or antique charm, I bring my personal tastes to life through these designs. Whether your cat looks like mine, a friend’s cat, or that unforgettable cat from the past—or if you simply love cats—I’d be delighted if my work could add a little color to your life with cats.
