I started making jewelry with polymer clay around October 2020. I came across this material just as I was thinking about trying something new. I create my pieces by drawing designs on the clay or shaping individual parts. The “painting” method involves placing small pieces of kneaded clay one by one onto the base clay to design and create elements such as flowers and leaves. As a result, it takes time to complete each piece, but I take great care to create designs that can only be achieved through handcrafting—such as variations in color or arrangement, even among pieces with similar shapes.
