Ashley Rodriguez Reed is an artist, designer, and educator currently based in Japan. She holds a BFA in printmaking from the University of Nebraska, Omaha, and an MFA in Fiber and Material Studies from the Tyler School of Art in Philadelphia. Ashley’s work, exhibited nationally and internationally, explores themes of wonder, connection, and transformation. Using upcycled materials, she creates immersive dreamscapes that intertwine nature, personal experiences, and cultural narratives, celebrating the diversity of life. In addition to her artistic practice, Ashley has taught at institutions such as the Tyler School of Art, The Kaneko, and Temple University Tokyo.
