When I was a child, I was diagnosed with a speech delay and received therapy at a special education school in Nagaokakyo City and in a speech therapy class at an elementary school in Tottori. I enjoyed drawing with the Crayola pencils my teacher gave me back then, and that passion has continued to this day. Because I’ve had experiences that others haven’t, I strive to create works that are sincere and empathetic, putting myself in others’ shoes. Graduated from Takarazuka University of Art and Design; received the Kyoto Shimbun Award in the Design Division at the Nika Exhibition; selected for the ARTBOX Grand Prix Exhibition; selected for the Liquitex Art Prize 2012; received an honorable mention in the 177th “The Choice” exhibition judged by Nao Tenmyo; Illustrator・ of the Year: Outstanding Illustrator Award. Work: Skymark 2020 Calendar (responsible for July, September, October, and November pages); WOWOW Original Drama *Bungo Shonen* (Episode 8: Responsible for the scene on the Takase-bune boat featuring Mori Ogai); and more. Sells paintings online via the Hankyu Hanshin Artelier. Selected for the “Atrium Art 2027” open call exhibition celebrating the 80th anniversary of Kyoto Takashimaya’s Shijo Kawaramachi location
