I feel that observing nature is a source of solace in life—something like a ray of light. The breeze brushing against my cheeks, the scent of the grass and trees, the hues of the sky and plants, the sound of trees rustling in the wind—I paint with the hope of conveying these small rays of light through my artwork, incorporating not only what my five senses perceive but also my emotions. I hope that when you encounter my paintings, you’ll be able to take a moment to rest your mind, just as you would when taking a deep breath. Profile: Born in Hyogo Prefecture.
