My Universe

　White, black, yellow, red, blue,
purple, light blue, orange, green, rainbow.
Ever since I was born,
you’ve been by my side, never leaving me.
You have countless, infinite colors.

　Sometimes
you try to hurt me,
or I end up hurting you—
and it can be hard to move forward,
but let’s put our hands on our hearts and talk it out.
If we do that, we’ll create new colors,
and you and I
can swim through this universe together.

　From now on, too,
please show me
the universe of your heart,
which overflows endlessly,
and the universe within your chest
that continues to expand boundlessly.
