Black dragonflies are symbols of good luck and victory.
They’re considered auspicious and are even called “divine dragonflies.”
As their habitats have dwindled, they’ve apparently become
an endangered species in some regions.
They’re so beautiful and bring me comfort every year,
so I drew this with a prayer that their numbers won’t decline any further.
