Osaka: “Energetic and Fun—WELCOME!”

Inspired by the image of Osaka as a city that’s “energetic and full of fun,”
we depicted Osaka’s famous specialties and landmarks as “cheerful friends” who’ve come to enjoy an art market.
Furthermore, by scattering handmade tools and artworks throughout the design,
we’ve created a world where the warmth of the creators blends with the excitement of the visitors.
The characters serve as little guides connecting attendees and creators!
We’ve given the overall design a bright and pop-art feel.
We’ve also structured the design so that text in virtually any color stands out,
making it easy to use for event announcements and decorations.
And since this is the first time the event is being held in Osaka,
I’ve placed the Azure Dragon—which “symbolizes growth and new beginnings while representing the vitality of spring”—at the top.
This celebrates new challenges and represents a powerful step toward the future.
