The Messenger of the Rainbow

Rather than applying any new coloring to the original washi paper, we use our own unique techniques to create new colors from the original hues and combine them to produce vibrant and colorful designs. We have applied a thin sheet of black Tenugucho paper to metallic silver Yuzen washi without creating any wrinkles, creating a texture where the silver color on the reverse side reflects faintly depending on the angle.
