Fond Memories

For the cat portion, I used “Yonaga,” my absolute favorite color from the Shiki-ori series, and for the flower field and background, I used Dipton Ink “Ice Dance”—without stirring the glitter—
to create the illustration.
Both inks have beautiful iridescent hues, which helped create a gentle, soothing atmosphere.
Although there are two images—the front cover and back cover—
the original artwork is a single illustration.
I drew my two pets getting along so that they face each other when the front and back covers are opened.
